Cancel your order
Please note that our products are handcrafted, artisanal items made specifically to order. Due to the bespoke nature of these products, initiating the manufacturing process commits significant resources and time, making it extremely difficult to accommodate refund requests once production has commenced.
Order Cancellation:
- Within 24 Hours: Customers may cancel their order and receive a full refund if the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of placing the order.
- After 24 Hours: Once the 24-hour window has passed, orders cannot be canceled due to the commencement of the manufacturing process.
Refund Eligibility:
- Pre-Manufacturing Phase: Full refunds are available only if the order is canceled within the initial 24-hour period.
- Post-Manufacturing Phase: After the 24-hour cancellation window, and once the manufacturing process has started, we cannot offer a full refund.

Please note that our products are handcrafted and made specifically to order. Due to the bespoke nature of these items, it is not possible to process returns or refunds once the order has been completed and shipped.
Exceptional Cases:
In very exceptional cases, if you encounter any issues with the received figure, you may contact us to discuss your concerns. Each case will be evaluated individually, and we will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution if deemed appropriate.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for digital design. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, custom products or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
